The first thing is to choose the city where you want your room or flat. Once the city is marked, a list with all the available rooms will appear.
All the rooms that you will see in the list have been previously visited and are suitable for student accommodation mainly, so you can be sure that you will not miss anything.

SELECT THE ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE DATES (CHECK AVAILABILITY).

By selecting the arrival and departure dates our system filters the rooms that are available for that period, in this way we save you time and eliminate any probability of cancellation due to dates.
The owner will confirm the reservation.

FILL IN THE CONTACT AND PAYMENT FORM.

Once you have the room and chosen dates you must fill out a form or log in to our system (in case you already have an account on SwiftFlats).
Here you must enter the payment method , but do not worry, we will not charge you until you confirm the reservation.

RECEIVE AN EMAIL WITH CONFIRMATION (OR NOT) FROM THE OWNER.

Once the owner confirms the reservation you will receive an email and you will also be charged for the card.
From this moment your room is 100% safe and free of cancellations.

What do we charge?
- A small commission amount from SwiftFlats.
- Advance of the first monthly rent.
