This type of contract is the strictest of all, the owner will charge the stay in full months.
For example, if you arrive on January 12, you will be charged for the month of January COMPLETE. If the tenant leaves on the 22nd of August, he/she will be charged the FULL month of August.
This type of contract is moderately flexible, the owner will charge the stay for fortnights, which means that the owner will only charge the first 15 days or the last 15 days.
For example, if the tenant arrives on January 12, the owner will charge the FULL month of January. On the other hand, if the tenant arrives on the 15th or 16th of January, the owner will only charge the last 15 days. If the tenant leaves on the 12th of August, the owner will charge only half a month of August. However, if the tenant leaves on August 17, the owner will charge the FULL month.

If the tenant cancels the reservation at any time, it will be charged 100% of the deposit and it will be delivered to the owner.

If the reservation is canceled and there are between 60 and 30 days left for the tenant to enter, the tenant will be charged 50% of the reservation deposit and this will be given to the owner.

If the reservation is canceled and 30 days or more are left for the tenant's entry, absolutely nothing will be charged to the tenant.
